Cancellations
We know that things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible so we have time to fill your slot — under 48 hours and you’ll have to pay.
We will collect credit card details when you book with us. Your card will be validated but no charges will be taken at the time of booking.
However, if an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled without the required 48 hours minimum notice then the fees below will apply.
Card details are stored securely.
48 hours — no charge.
24 hours — 50% charge.
No show — 100% charge.
If you don’t show up, it has a huge impact on the team and our business. Please let us know if you can’t make an appointment in good time so another client can take that booking.
