“I met Adam when Issy Blow pulled me into his then salon in 1996. "This is Adam, he's going to turn you into Anita Ekberg." He did, a silky modern version of her, and so was to begin a dear relationship that has spanned nearly twenty five years. It's easy to forget how truly talented Adam is, because what he does, he does with no fuss, humour and humility, but time and again, he pulls it out of the bag. Adam delivers consistently beautiful colour (he's taken me from the most platinum to raven wing black and back again) timeless haircuts, blow dry’s and wispy French twists that I wish would stay in forever.
His rarity is that he isn't better at one thing; his colour is as great as his cuts, his session work as unimpeachable as his salon work. We have shot many covers and campaigns together, he has packed me quivering down the red carpet, and twisted roses into my hair on my wedding day.
